Error with VPN
I had an error with vpn and I received help really fast and Magnus (the support I had contact with) was really friendly, really helpful, even though I don't know much about IT he explained really well and most importantly he fixed the issue easy. Thanks Magnus, you made my day. :-)

Perfect support
I had contact with Surfshark support for the first time yesterday because I had a connection problem. Of course we were able to find a solution to my problem. But the time Mack (Surfshark Support) took to go through every single possibility. I thought, this is world class! I have rarely had contact with such a GOOD support! Just grandiose

I was lucky enough to reach Hal on chat who helped me immeasurably with so much information to guide me along with making some changes in my home network. So patient, friendly, and helpful. Brilliant support!
I had a problem with surfshark and got in contact with them and they couldn’t fix the problem on the spot so they gave me an account to use while they fixed our account brilliant support! And Norman was such a helpful person with very fast replies!!!
