Ace is the best!
The autopilot option did not work, but I was able to connect with a live agent within about 15 seconds. This agent was ACE, who gave me the advice I needed very quickly. He was friendly and professional as well as being very helpful.

Product & Customer Service Very Good
Michelle in Customer service via their chat feature was excellent when it came to renewal pricing today. I've been using Surfshark for 3 years across my devices and I travel a lot. The only place I had a problem was Egypt due to government restrictions but even then Surfshark support pages list a workaround. I'd definitely recommend Surfshak VPN.
