Saved our game tournament day
Great customer support for issues before an upcoming tournament match. Camila and Lincoln provided great support. The VPN provided a reduction of up to 140 ms to the server we are connecting to

Had some start-start-problems on…
Had some start-start-problems on surfshark. It all came down to my own typo-mistake on email-account. I contacted support, and got very good help from a sweet and professional support... Thank you Josie! You made me trust this app, - even I was negative when the problems came.., and in the end it was my typo-mistake that made the whole problem... Thanks again, Josie, you made everything work perfectly..

Great customer service
I had a problem with the subscription on my account and due to it being so long ago I had forgotten everything. But Nora and Donald (Don) was soo patient with me even though I could provide almost little to no details/info. Again great thanks to them both, especially since my internet keeps dropping and I had to restart the chat so many times.

Still getting to grips with surfshark
Still getting to grips with surfshark, no vpn is a one size fits all. I was happy with my last vpn but if you don’t change, you don't know what you are missing right. Edwin on the live chart was a great help with some initial trouble shooting. If my experience changes i’ll write another review.

Still getting to grips with surfshark, no vpn is a one size fits all. I was happy with my last vpn but if you don’t change, you don't know what you are missing right. Edwin on the live chart was a great help with some initial trouble shooting. If my experience changes i’ll write another review.
