I had a great experience with Surfshark customer support, Elara who helped me to solve my installation issue. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share how patient and persistent Elara was in troubleshooting the problem. It turned out that there was some issue with my .NET Framework on my Microsoft notebook, which prevented the Surfshark application from installing properly. I had a fantastic experience working with Craig from tech support. I was having issues getting Wireguard VPN working across all my devices (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.). I contacted support, and Craig was assigned to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable about VPN configurations and network troubleshooting. Craig identified the problems I was having.
