Really good support experience
Really good support experience. I didn't realise that auto-renew was still active. They assisted in offering a refund or package deal to keep my business. Very friendly, very efficient, no fuss. Appreciate your help guys!

Bravo Violet
This is probably one of the few times that I've been impressed by support over webchat. Violet was methodical in her approach and managed to solve an issue with my SurfShark App on Windows, that turned out to be a corrupted Windows file. Well done Violet.

I had a tiny issue about the payment…
I had a tiny issue about the payment method, which I had resolved - I thought (think) - but the systems kept (keeps) sending me messages and mails about updating it. Anyway I chatted with Craig from customer assistance and he was very helpful and patient and the issue is resolved by now.

A great support experience
I've got into PC app issue which just wouldn't start, no matter which methods and options I tried. Finally I addressed Surfshark's support and my agent happened to be Emma. I'm so glad for their time spent trying to help me and finally it worked. There were like 10 attempts to run it and I was coming back again and again after each unsuccessful one and was brought to my regular agent each time (which is extremely great) and we progressed towards the solution.
