Amazing customer service experience!
I was so fed up with this service! I was abroad and in fear that I would miss my Philadelphia Eagles (NFL American Football team). The VPN was not working. I requested a refund. Hadwin asked if he could try somethings with me 1st. We tried a couple of things but were still unsuccessful. But Hadwin would not quit! I told him how important it was that I watch my Birds!
