Live chat solved my problem quickly.
I did a live chat with Clelia from Surfshark. I had an issue with my email address which she sorted out very quickly. My problem was solved within 3 minutes. Great customer service.

Very positive experience
Very positive experience, honestly I have tried different VPNs but this one turned out to be the best for me and I am mainly referring to the disconnection from the internet which unfortunately sometimes happens. With Surfshark it rarely happened, much less than with other VPNs and the reconnection was always very fast. And then congratulations to the support (Miss Olivia Martinez and others) always ready to give exhaustive answers and help you in everything. Thank you, you deserve my review.

Live chat solved my problem quickly.
I did a live chat with Clelia from Surfshark. I had an issue with my email address which she sorted out very quickly. My problem was solved within 3 minutes. Great customer service.

They're very very helpful and I like the way that they're available by chat or email 24 hours a day 7 days a week this is a brand new service for me so I apologize I have been contacting them a lot but there are wonderful company and you get the best service for your money
