Customer Support Team and a tax issue
Kudos to the Customer Support Team / tax experts for unwinding an issue with employer Federal and state unemployment withholding. Self-inflicted by me and prior payroll service that rolled over to SurePayroll in Jan 2022. When I discovered problem in October, Support Team knew what questions to ask, what documentation was needed and fixed the issue quickly and accurately.

Ryan Mino was great
Ryan Mino was great. Answering questions very timely. Working with Sure Payroll is so easy. My first payroll needed to be run during a time when I was out of town on vacation. I just brought my laptop with and Ryan was able to answer the questions, we got it done.
