Overcoming Unexpected Hurdles
Courtney did a great job helping us get set up. She also helped us pivot when we changed accounting programs. We had one hurdle that caused some confusion, frustration, and unnecessary delay. But we got through that. The other thing I will note is that their 'integrations' aren't truly integrations. They are manual. They do make it easy by automatically formatting your payroll data into the format of whichever accounting program you use - but you still have to manually export that file ...
