I am glad that I went with SurePayroll
I am glad that I went with SurePayroll. It was easy to set up and only takes me a few minutes to do payroll each week. However once the account was set up my contact informed me that from now on I would be calling customer service line for any issues. I feel that they should continue to be my contact for any issues I have in the future. It’s always nice to continue dealing with the same person. If I had known this policy from the beginning I might not of went with SurePayroll.

Chris Johnson was extremely helpful…
Chris Johnson was extremely helpful during the setup process. He talked me through the steps to register and receive all the state and federal tax IDs I needed. He was extremely personable and answered all of my questions related to payroll. I was easily able to get enrolled, run payroll and set up auto payroll within a week. It was a breeze as a first-timer!

Follow Up
This is a follow up review. I've been with SurePayroll for two payroll cycles, I must say I made the right choice. Employee enrollment is a breeze. Payroll processing is a breeze. The employees have access to the portal, they can access their own financial documents and print it without having to reach out to the company.
