Easy-peasy.
My sales and on-boarding rep, Vinnie, handled everything efficiently, and provided help with some updating even after our first payroll! My experience with ADP was not like that at all. Once the sales reps were were done with me--after so-so on-boarding efficiency--I was left adrift.
