Excellent payroll processing system
What do you like best? We have used SurePayroll for over 3 years now. We have over 20 employees and I can run payroll in under 20 minutes. The reports are accurate & the site is very easy to use. Employee's love logging in and printing their stubs and W-2's at the end of the year. The price is fair, we were paying a lot more to Paychex prior. What do you dislike? I Love SurePayroll, Have Reccommended It, Must Have for Small Businesses
What do you like best? Quickness and convenience. I can get my payroll done in about 10-15 minutes, a bonus when I have a full-time job and a small business. I can get quick access to any report I ever need. Everything electronic is awesome, and managing employee information is a snap. Not to mention that they competently take care of all tax issues. SurePayroll works for our small business
What do you like best? We are a small family office with 4 employees. It is very easy to process payroll using the SurePayroll website. They submit all of our payroll tax forms for us. All of that information is easily obtained on the website in a printable quarterly package. Customer service is excellent. What do you dislike? I haven't come across anything that I dislike. Simple user interface, no problems yet
What do you like best? I like the ease of viewing my recent checks, and my ability to view withholding. What do you dislike? When I view the checks, it seems I can't export them as PDFs. In order to collect old stubs for tax purposes, I find I have to screengrab the stub images from the interface and save them as a screengrab. (I can't even save the stub images as files, I don't think. When I right-clicked it, I didn't see I could save it as a file. What business problems are you ...

SurePayroll - Basic but effective
What do you like best? SurePayroll is easy to use, easy to admin. It is also very cost effective for my org. What do you dislike? Not full of features, not scalable, user tools are not very robust. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tremendous value compared to some other products.

Easy-to-Navigate Payroll Software
What do you like best? SurePayroll is easy to access and puts all the information you need right in front of you. You're always 1-2 clicks away from relevant information: current paycheck, payment history, taxes, etc. The same goes for Sure 401k, if you're signed up. What do you dislike?
