Been happily using SurePayroll for several years with no issues.
What do you like best? SurePayroll is the most affordable payroll service we've found that covers state and federal taxes. What do you dislike? Have had some trouble adjusting pay schedules, but support always took care of us. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure when comparing prices of payroll services to check if the cheaper ones handle both state and federal taxes for you. Payroll made easy!
What do you like best? The mobile app allows me to run payroll on the go, which is normally the case for me! What do you dislike? My only dislike is that the fee seems to go up regularly but do not see any improvements that those fees go to What business problems are you solving with the product? I ran payroll on a battleship.
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can run payroll virtually anywhere in the world with an internet connection. From a tablet, cell phone, laptop, or from an Apple Store or Best Buy. Technology is key for our company. Something as brutal and time consuming as payroll - has been taken care of their software. This allows us to scale so much faster when hiring for new talent. Very easy and accurate
What do you like best? It is very easy to use. Adding employees, creating payroll, reviewing W2's. Preview your payroll before you submit for payment. Direct Deposit everything mentioned so easy to use. Sure payroll makes my life easier
What do you like best? As a working mom with a Nanny- using sure payroll has made making payroll easier and most of all - compliant. Thanks so much!!!! What do you dislike? I've had no issues with this company. If I had to have one it would be calls back more quickly when I've called. Sometimes it could be 2 days. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of use.

What do you like best? I have used Surepayroll for many years and would recommend it to anyone. It is so easy, I have always had great service in the rare times that I needed anything. I especially love that I can do my payroll from anywhere I am (even on vacation in minutes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the product because, once I enter my payroll, I don't have to worry about anything else, like federal tax deposit or quarterly or annual tax returns. Everything will be don correctly and on time by SurePayroll. What do you dislike? The fees could be less. We have only 2 employees, so 52.17 per month seems like quite high.
