Surepayroll has been very easy to use.
What do you like best? I only enter my hours for my staff, and they do everything else. We have had a few issuea with tax payments, and one phone call is usually all it takes to get everything back in order. The Surepayroll staff is very helpful. The work hard to get answers for you. Very happy with SurePayroll
What do you like best? The service makes the entire payroll function almost effortless and the customer service is fantastic. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike. I guess it would be great if the price were lower, but it is reasonable What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can focus on my business knowing that all of the required payroll filings etc. are taken care of

It's quick and easy!
What do you like best? I like that you can do the payroll form anywhere, not just from an office environment. What do you dislike? The fact that is only a US based company and that I can't use Canadian addresses for contact information. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SurePayroll is a no brainer
What do you like best? Love SurePayroll. It makes payroll easy, and one less thing I have to worry about as a small business owner. When I had an issue come up with the IRS, they resolved it immediately for me. I've got enough things on my plate. With SurePayroll, its one less thing I need to worry about. What do you dislike? Surepayroll great service
What do you like best? The convenience is amazing. Takes us about 10-15 minutes each month to process our payroll. The automatic QuickBooks integration is perfect for us. Used to need a bookkeeper to handle payroll, now it's just done by our administration person. What do you dislike? No complaints, does exactly what they say. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick, easy and no problem payroll.

What do you like best? Payroll entry is quick and easy. Staff is very professional and helpful. What do you dislike? I do have a bit of difficulty at times with changing time balances (vacation, sick time. It can get a bit tricky. Would be nice to have the ability to customize options by employee, for example, hours for vacation time carryover. What do you like best? The technology is SO simple to use. It is user friendly, accurate, and it works EVERY time without fail. What do you dislike? I have been using SurePayroll for four or five years now and I really cannot find anything that I dislike. The technology, both on the laptop and on my mobile device is flawless. Simple service that just WORKS - Payroll done in 3 minutes!
What do you like best? My payroll is done in 3 minutes, literally! No hassle with W2 and all those tax papers.. all done for me. Employees can login and view their payment history.
