Quick and easy way to get your payroll done
What do you like best? Surepayroll is very handy I can approve my company payroll thru my cellphone What do you dislike? There is nothing I can complain about,cant get easier than that What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit is that I know that all the tax liability been taking care of, been using it for 3 years and never had an issue

What do you like best? What I like best is that they are giving me $10 for posting a review on here. What do you dislike? I dislike the $40 they charge me when I don't run a payroll. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't appear to be solving any problems.

Surepayroll makes it easy
What do you like best? With Surepayroll, my payroll time is maybe 15 minutes every other week...easy. I have quick and easy access to year-to-date and year-end reports for business tracking. I also love that they have business links to make sure I'm always up-to-date with federal and state employment postings. What do you dislike? I wish their was a way to process payroll, then view or edit other employee information, however the system locks changes until that payroll submission ...

Great Service
What do you like best? SurePayroll keeps it easy and simple to manage our payroll. What do you dislike? Tracking personal time off for employees. Recently had an issue with how the program calculates the Employer's IRA matching contribution. Frustrated since no one could accurately explain how this figure is calculated at the end of the year. SurePayroll is awesome.
What do you like best? Clean easy to use website. I can do almost anything I need and when I can't - I call customer service and an actual person who is articulate answers and helps me. Period. What do you dislike? I would have to really dig down to think of something I don't like.... Been using SurePayroll for 4 years and have literally never had an issue. Unhappy with service and fees
What do you like best? Only positive comment I have is they offer a mobile app to process payroll. What do you dislike? They take any "surprise" fees whenever they want. Customer service needs improvement. Very unhappy. Switched to ZenPayroll & saving over $300 per year! Recommendations to others considering the product Go elsewhere. What do you like best? we have worked with Sure for 3 years now and it has been great!! really enjoy their quick response and dedication to clients... Excellent Service, Good Customer Service
What do you like best? Simply put, SurePayroll works and provides a good service at a fair price. The system is quite flexible to handle many different types of issues for companies and the customer service is excellent for those times where help is needed. I typically get my payroll done in about 5 minutes per month. Seriously - that's all it takes! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very simple to do payroll. I get a reminder notice -log in- enter payroll- approve & it's all done! They take care of all taxes & government requirements. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything. Meets all needs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves time. Employees can easily access their info.
