What do you like best? Ease of use and affordability. Also, like all HR functionality in one place. What do you dislike? Wish customer service was available 24/7. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most HR functions we now do via SurePayroll.

Great Payroll Solution for Small Businesses
What do you like best? Quick and easy to use, very straight-forward and friendly UI. Great User experience What do you dislike? Difficult to find answers to some questions in the Help Center. However, contacting support to get answers is easy and painless. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cost-effective payroll solution for a small business like ours that has direct-deposit feature built-in.

Fast and easy - customer service always helpful
What do you like best? Once it was set up, I spend very little time to maintain. I get multiple reminders each month to run my payroll on time. What do you dislike? If I miss my monthly pay run for, there is still a minimum fee. Then I'd pay for two payruns next month. Would be nice to just pay a flat fee regardless of number of payruns. Recommendations to others considering the product Good option for single LLC owner/employee based on ease of use and cost. What business ...

What do you like best? I am a small business owner and by using Sure Payroll, has help me a lot. They do all of my payroll by a push of a button while I continue doing my business and less worries for me What do you dislike? SurePayroll is an excellent choice for small businesses
What do you like best? Easy set up Great customer support Simple to use Gentle reminders when I forget to do my payroll on time :- What do you dislike? Great Experience
What do you like best? The simplicity of the system makes it very easy to use, customer service has been great over time What do you dislike? Had a few issues with improper reporting early on, these were fixed and the system has worked great since What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great payroll service totally web based
What do you like best? The payroll can be run in minutes and anyone can do it. Also I can pay my personal taxes through SurePayroll and I don't have to pay my salary until the funds are available. That provides me with a lot of flexibility to manage cash flow. What do you dislike? When adjustments need to be made it is sometimes confusing what is being done by whom. Never had any problems with SurePayroll
What do you like best? the website is easy to navigate thru. I can run the payroll, print the pay stub and reports with little effort. I can also go back to check previous pay stubs and print out multiple at one time. What do you dislike? pay stubs sometimes take longer to generate. After running payroll, I have to check back in about 30 minutes before the pay stub is ready for printing. Recommendations to others considering the product cheapest I could find. STAY AWAY!
What do you like best? software is okay and they have a few nice reps (but the others could care less What do you dislike? They could not do anything right and then many of their reps could care less. They filled out the tax forms wrong and then it took a long time to get them to send in a correction, I had to constantly follow up on all issues with them since they were not doing what they said they would. Great and easy to use.
What do you like best? Running payroll is quick and easy. Employee deductions are also simple to set up, edit and apply. They take care of all the taxes and deduct them all at one time so I don’t have to worry about anything. What do you dislike? The cost is a bit high for a small business owner with only 5 employees but the service is a great help.
