Ease of operation, opportunities to pay extra if we miss a deadline, access to reporting and HR notes, opportunity for different kinds of income and withholding What do you dislike? I've used Surepayroll for many years, never any trouble, Great service
What do you like best? The fact that they handle all taxes, and that the input for payrolls is seamless, easy to do and very quick What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike, I have used the service from day one Recommendations to others considering the product Great service, pricing is fair What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Speed of payroll, convenience of anytime payroll, 1099's, extra payroll etc.

Very reliable, and easy
What do you like best? It's very easy and the reminders are helpful! What do you dislike? I'd love to have a mobile app as I'm on the go a lot. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We do a lot of travel and work from different places, so having a central system to pay staff is helpful.

All the payroll related services handled reliably every time.
What do you like best? I love how all of the payroll related things such as state and federal unemployment taxes and properly handled every time. What do you dislike? I think there could be easier and more intuitive screens for inputting additional payroll items. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All of our tax forms are properly filled out and submitted on a timely basis.

SurePayroll is great
What do you like best? I compared prices with Intuit, and SurePayroll was less. Also, my rep Tom Jahnke is fantastic. He always picks up the phone when I call, and he calmly and quickly resolves any issues that have come up. He's a huge reason I would recommend SurePayroll. What do you dislike? SurePayroll sure helps!
What do you like best? I love that their staff are so helpful when you have a problem. Usually doing payroll is a breeze but every once in a while I get at payroll tax letter that I need help with and they are right there. What do you dislike? I need to always do the payroll before the end of the month or it confuses them into thinking I had no payroll that month.
