What do you like best? We had used Surepayroll for almost 5 years and is very friendly easy to use, payroll is done in 5 minutes. What do you dislike? no problems so far good customer service What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can access the system from anywhere even went I am out of the country.

Good service for small businesses but requires good personal accountant on-hand
What do you like best? Links up with Sure401k for easy retirement contributions. Auto-calculations are a really good feature as well when you want to work backwards and figure out a take home pay amount What do you dislike? Not always confident that workers compensation reports are being filed in a timely manner. There are no notifications that this was even done on behalf of my company.I have had to follow-up a few times after repeatedly getting notices from my state. The reporting ...

Very easy to use, simplifies payroll, convenient.
What do you like best? SurePayroll takes care of everything from filing forms for new employees to processing all tax forms. What do you dislike? I'm not quite used to the updated format, yet so I'm not sure on my feeling on this. I have found some things harder to locate, but again this is a new format I will probably get used to. I am confident that our payroll and associated taxes are done properly and accurately
What do you like best? I like knowing that the payroll and associated taxes are processed accurately and easily. I like having the access to needed reports and forms, like Workers Comp and previous 941s. I like the interface and ease with which one can enter payroll, so I can focus on the needs of the business. What do you dislike? I value this service, but feel that it is pricey for a group under 10. The interface for Vacations and Other could use more clarity. What business ...

What do you like best? Very simple and easy to use. Always able to find help through chat and phone, if needed. No worries with payroll tax and year end reporting. Hassle-free. What do you dislike? Actually nothing stands out to dislike. When there is an unusual payroll transaction or situation, it is not always clear how to handle it in the system and I will need to call customer service. Sure Payroll Perfection!
What do you like best? We use SurePayroll for our small business and it's exactly perfect for what we need! SurePayroll has amazing customer service and I would highly recommend SurePayroll for any business! What do you dislike? We have yet to come across a problem with SurePayroll. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SurePayroll is handling our payroll services as well as transferring defferall to MG Trust.

What do you like best? The website is very easy, clean, fresh, user-friendly. Customer Service is also fantastic. What do you dislike? Not much. Sometimes I feel the price is too high, but I think it's a good value. What business problems are you solving with the product? Incredible time saver.
What do you like best? Though my company is small with only four to five employees, Sure Payroll has made my weekly payroll and government paperwork chores a breeze. I used to spend at least two hours every week processing payroll and writing pay checks. With Sure Payroll I enter the hours and I am done. Best payroll service available
What do you like best? Years ago we used ADP. It was so complicated that I couldn't remember from one payroll to the next exactly how to run payroll! Worse, it only supported Windows. This was amazing considering it was a web application! When I discovered Surepayroll, it was a breath of fresh air. It takes me 5 minutes to do our payroll and it works from just about any browser.
