Love the new look!
What do you like best? The new revamped site is easy to navigate and input payroll. The dashboard has nice graphics and is easy to read. What do you dislike? I do the payroll twice a month and I liked that the other version had a feature that you only had to check those people that were getting paid instead of having to delete default info for those not getting paid for that period. Flex your payroll.
What do you like best? I enjoy being able to change my payroll amounts quickly. In the p. ast, I had to rely on a message to a person who may or may not make the change I needed. What do you dislike? The price for my small business seems high. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of filing quarterly returns.

Well worth the price for the small business owner
What do you like best? Extremely easy for both the employees and employer to use. My employees enter their hours every two weeks, then I go in and confirm the hours, and approve - about two minutes and I'm done. What do you dislike? Not much. More often reports on mandatory payments (taxes, etc. would be good, or SurePayroll sending that data would be helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product Not many. Simple solutions for the small business owner...
What do you like best? After trying to set up payroll service with other companies, I found SurePayroll. After an appropriate setup time, everything is quick and easy. What do you dislike? My biggest frustration was miscommunication with a staff person. What do you like best? Very quick, online, monthly process to run payroll. Lower cost service for small business. User friendly website. No annoying sales calls! Efficient, effective, simple, low maintenance payroll service
What do you like best? Personal help setting things up and as needed 24/7. One monthly price. Ease of use. What do you dislike? I don't see a feature for tracking payroll expenses, including a history of all payments so that it's easy to see that what the government has charged is reconciled with what's taken out of the check. What do you like best? I appreciate how the customer service is very prompt in answering the phone and also resolving any issues that may arise quickly. Makes my payroll pretty simple
What do you like best? The new software is easy to use and pretty intuitive. What do you dislike? New interface has a few new steps to pay overtime and other payments but still easy to use. Still have not figured out how to accurately track PTO and sick time. Recommendations to others considering the product No brainer choice. Good value. Run payroll for my staff
What do you like best? Ease of use, email reminder to run payroll What do you dislike? There is really nothing to dislike about Sure Payroll. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have to worry about paying the payroll taxes and doing any of the filing because Sure Payroll does it for me.

Great payroll company!
What do you like best? System can be accessed from website with little need for calling a representative. What do you dislike? Recent changes to website does not easily show the secure caller ID number. Recommendations to others considering the product Its affordable priced for small business. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy payroll and tax reporting.
