Avoid if you are in Pennsylvania
What do you like best? Interface is easy to use on the web or within the mobile app. What do you dislike? If you are an employer in Pennsylvania, avoid this company at all costs! I have been with them the last few years and they have yet to get the local taxes correct. The time you are supposed to save having them run your payroll will be spent on fruitless calls to their customer support and your local tax collectors. What do you like best? Easy to use and support staff supplies clear and accurate responses to questions. What do you dislike? Documenting vacation/sick time is awkward. Poor Customer Service, Errors in filing
What do you like best? Nothing. Service has dropped over the past several years. What do you dislike? I have used SurePayroll for years, the past the service has declined significantly. The problem wasn't just isolated to one business, but all three of the businesses I have. What do you like best? Straiightforward and easy payroll entry each pay period. Internet based with access from anywhere. Friendly customer service. Great service for small business
What do you like best? I'm a small business and needed payroll for one employee. The service cost was low so not to cut into my profits, they took care of the set up, any taxes/reporting that I needed. What do you like best? The simple procedure for inputting employees information makes payday a breeze. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Quick and easy. Payroll is done in less then 10 minutes and all is taken care of for me. Taxes and everything. What do you dislike? nothing at all i can't think of anything offhand Recommendations to others considering the product don't hestate. What business problems are you solving with the product? A wonderful experience freeing me from worrying about whether I'm doing official forms correctly.
What do you like best? That it only takes me less than ten minutes to get paid each month. What do you dislike? It seems that when I've changed my pay data that it keeps reverting back to previously entered profile information (how many hours & dollars/month and I have to keep updating the number, which requires double-checking I'm right.
