What do you like best? its easy to use by signing on line and printing checks What do you dislike? It doesn't not support WA state L & I so you have to create spreadsheets to calculate employee deductions and then manually edit each and every employee, each and every check, each and every pay period. What do you like best? i like the way it keeps everything in order n its easy to use. What do you dislike? i have no complaints its the best program so far. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? sometimes i have problems understanding what to do but in the long run it has been a great program.

Slow to fix tax issues, otherwise, they get it done

What do you like best? They file state and federal filIngs which saves me time. What do you dislike? Slow to fix errors on their end and they have made the same mistakes more than twice. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like that they handle all of the calculations and do the filings which saves me time.

What do you like best? The simplicity of SurePayroll cannot be beat. It's so easy to use, the interface is intuitive, and their customer support is stellar. Running reports is quick and easy. SurePayroll is poorly run and full of hidden charges

What do you like best? Nothing, Have used for years until service degraded so much. What do you dislike? Buggy software combined two of our employees into one and now SurePayroll is blaming us rather than fixing their bugs. Also charging $300 to fix the issue.
