What do you like best? The app is spectacular

What do you like best? As most payroll systems go, I don't think too hard about the ins and outs of it until it doesn't work or if it's a hassle to check in on paystubs, etc. The Sure Payroll app is a godsend , should you ever want to check on past and current paystubs and any other information that's linked to your profile. Easy to use payroll platform

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of it, that it is easy to see your paychecks and tax information. Everything is constructed in a way that allows for easy navigation, making the experience smooth and without many pain points. What do you dislike? Easy to review my paychecks

What do you like best? Easy to sign on from anywhere to and check pay stubs and 401k. What do you dislike? If you have a password issue it has to be resolved through the admin of the tool at your company. It also doesn't have the most intuitive user interface. The UI also looks super outdated. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to keep updated on my paychecks and resolve any issues on paychecks.

Payroll from the Cold War

What do you like best? It's how I get paid. I can't think of anything I'd recommend. Super easy to use as an end user!

What do you like best? I get an email notification right when the payment has reached my bank account each pay period. The flexibility of the payroll in that I can run payroll any time, any day I want, which makes it super flexible and simple to use. What do you dislike? The implementation is tedious at the beginning since you have to manually enter each and every employee, along with their information, into the system. Horrible customer service and lack of communication

What do you like best? Nothing. It had poor interface and constantly would send me emails of no value. What do you dislike? I closed account in Dec and continue to get charged for the following 4 months and I have sent 20 e-mails and 5 conversations on phone for over 30 minutes and keep on being told it will be handled but it has not. They don't stop payments and it is unclear if they even sent money on my behalf. The company is a scam and I would definitely trust them with payroll. ...

Responsive to all questions and Accurate

What do you like best? I appreciate the accuracy and quick responses to questions. Also having a 401K and worker's comp all rolled in is nice. Simplifies my life as this make the backoffice admin less hassle. We use an outside contract bookkeeping service for payroll, and adding other features won't affect that.
