Making payroll easy
What do you like best? The payroll feature is easy to use. I have two companies I use SurePayroll for. It is quick and easy to review and process the payrolls. Payroll reports are easy to generate and easy to read. Staff can access their information directly such as printing payslips. Staff get an email notifying them they have been paid. What do you like best? All the tools a small business owner needs at a rate I can afford. Better option than any I have found. It’s fast and easy and trusted. What do you dislike? The ease of using Sure Payroll
What do you like best? How user friendly the website is and that I can get on the phone with someone if I have any questions. Access to the payroll from anywhere that has internet. The reminders to run payroll and the cutoff times. Providing the necessary tax forms for new hires and the required compliance posters. What do you dislike? The fees but I understand there necessary. Sure Payroll easy
What do you like best? Very easy interface and user-friendly. Have been using close to one year and no more than 10 minutes a month doing payroll. Now my CPA is offloading his clients to surepayroll. What do you dislike? The initial setup process take some time, but they walk you through the steps What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I spend very little time on payroll now so I can apply that time to revenue-generating projects

What do you like best? It is easy to use and they have all the features I need. Very user-friendly. What do you dislike? There are still issues when I need to process W2 and 1099 employees the same week. This area could be improved to always default to the next default pay period. Need to authenticate too many times in one session. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Direct Deposit for 1099 contractors

Fantastic Service
What do you like best? The staff is continually very helpful whenever I contact them with a question. They take care of all of the tax filing and paperwork needed to allow me to focus on making money. What do you dislike? Sometimes the contact system is a little slow. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paying myself for my S-Corp.
