Totally unusable from an employee perspective
What do you like best? Nothing. I guess the best thing about it is that I was able to set up something for myself in the first place, but since then it's been worse than pulling fingernails. What do you dislike? Everything. The UI is outdated, but that's only if you can actually access the platform. I have to change my password EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in to the platform because I will accidentally hit their arbitrary limit of THREE (just that, no more attempts at guessing my password. ...

Love the ease
What do you like best? I love the new Phone appHow easy it makes to run payroll when I am out of town What do you dislike? The process is seamless.

Simplest and easiest payroll platform out there!
What do you like best? Ease and simplicity of use. Online chat is very helpful and they are always quick to assist. What do you dislike? My only beef is I have to constantly be verified when logging in and approving a payroll What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm a small business so Surepay takes all the hassles of employee payroll and employees taxes out of my hands
