Easy and Fast
What do you like best? Very fast and easy to do payroll... Less that a minute. What do you dislike? Nothing.. there is nothing about this product that I dislike Recommendations to others considering the product Just do it... it is so easy and fast What business problems are you solving with the product? Very pleased actually
What do you like best? Wonderful all over. Award winning customer service all the time What do you dislike? No complaints at this time. Taxes are filed in s timely manner. Once realized I’m a 944 client and not 914; changes were made and filed with IRS promptly What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seamless operations; no issues at all. If there is ever an concerns, they are addressed and dealt with promptly

Good, reliable services
What do you like best? The ease of use the system overall. specifically manage employees. What do you dislike? It is kind of cumbersome when I need to issue the check outside of payroll dates. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have to be a pro at payroll, they do everything for me

Easy to use
What do you like best? The portal is easy to use, and employees are attentive and helpful. The price for the service is reasonable. What do you dislike? If you want a paper check, you have to print it yourself. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick, timely payroll processing. The portal is easy to use. I love that they offer a free trial. After the trial, I decided to sign up.

Good Product. Good Service.
What do you like best? SurePayroll provides comprehensive services for my small business which allows me to focus on the other million things that occupy my time. It's nice to NOT have to worry about payroll! SurePayroll takes care of all the details! What do you dislike? As my business is growing and my employee list grows as well... the price is getting higher and that is one consideration that might be a factor for my continuance of use of SurePayroll down the road. ...

What do you like best? It was easy to enter all the employee info, plus it was easy to learn. What do you dislike? Excellant Product
What do you like best? Its so easy to use & navigate within the system. Breakdown of the federal & state taxes per employee makes it easy for the calculation. What do you dislike? None so far. There were times where the service wasn't available due to upgrade. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll.

Great, efficient service for your payroll needs.
What do you like best? user friendly online and sends me reminders to not forget to do my payroll, which are so helpful! What do you dislike? when my calendar schedule somehow got messed up and I submitted payroll a few times and it was for the wrong date and then I had the cancellation fee :( What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being on time for payroll, everything is taken care of for me in terms of reports, W-2's etc.
