Easy to implement
What do you like best? The online account and mobile app is easy to use. Just click on the employee’ names and you have the option to input the number of hours or just leave the info as is if they’re on fixed salary What do you dislike? Some snags in the set up. Easy to use software, excellent customer service
What do you like best? I switched to this service from Paychex to handle my "nanny" taxes and found Surepayroll not only more economical, but also more robust for my needs. They can switch between paper vs. direct deposit easily, missed or extra paychecks -- even handle all employer tax payments. Great Payroll Company for Small Businesses
What do you like best? Once everything is all set up weekly payroll is a breeze to complete! I have all of my reports at the touch of a button. All automated and connected through my banking site. What do you dislike? We have to have internet to do payroll, I have been on vacation and have had to find service to do payroll - I couldn't call payroll in for someone to do it from SurePayroll. Quick and easy method for handling employee payroll
What do you like best? Overall, I like the simplicity of the payroll system. I also like the notifications to remind me to process payroll. What do you dislike? It is a little difficult to set up initially with the state tax system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy tracking and notification of members for payroll. Streamlined communications with full employee access on their payroll.
