What do you like best about Suralink? That I can easily import a list of items I need from a client and share examples for that specific request. Client can then upload the requested files to that specific request instead. Previously, we would email requests to the client in word file and they would email us securely upload the requested files and it would take time to go through each file and figure out what request the provided item lined up with. What do you like best about Suralink? It's simple and easy to use and navigate. It takes efforts to figure out which buttons do what but self-taught is possible and after a few practices, I can use it with ease.

What do you like best about Suralink? The secure file sharing is by far my favorite feature, and it's really easy to securely share and receive documents from clients. File storage and request list management is also really useful.

What do you like best about Suralink? Being able to track what has and has not been received is the best thing about Suralink. The rollforward options and ability to use templates to set up accounts are very helpful.
