Goede ervaringen met service desk per email. Jammer dat de helpdesk niet telefonisch bereikbaar is.Doch vragen worden snel tot zeer snel per email beantwoord.Door de agenda ervaar ik veel meer rust in afsprakenbeheer.

Made my life so much easier!

I own a small fitness studio that is by appointment only. I used a paper and pencil schedule only and was constantly answer calls, texts, and emails of those needing to sign up or reschedule. SuperSaas has simplified my life, saved valuable time, and is cost-effective.

I am a psychiatric clinician in a busy solo practice with no clerical support. Making appointments with patients was a time-consuming and mindless activity. Signing on for Supersaas in December 2012 has ended that. 100% of patients appreciate the ability to do it themselves, 24/7/365. And for the few times that I have needed support assistance, Jan replies promptly, pleasantly, patiently, and with excellent humor.

Simple and easy to get going

Have worked with Supersaas for a year now and it has helped our business, a yoga studio, tremendously. It is simple and easy to set up and manage and the one time I had to contact Supersaas customer service I got a fast and useful response and exact the help i needed. I can highly recommend it for businesses that needs scheduling online.

User-friendly & makes my life significantly easier!

I love this software - it made my business so much easier to run and manage - I don't know how trainers run modular dog training classes without it! So affordable and easy to use. I don't run these classes anymore but have tried to find way to keep using this software regardless. That's how much I love it.

My business need is a shared diary for colleagues in 4 different timezones.During my evaluation I found many excellent features but the support for timezones is IMHO rather weak and certainly not good enough for serious use.There is an over-reliance on the concept of "base time" which is not really meaningful when your workers are spread between California and Greece. SuperSaaS is fantastic!

I've been using SuperSaas for almost 2 years now - from the beginning, it was simple, easy, even fun to use and over time has only gotten better. The customer service is also good - I received quick replies that immediately went to the heart of any problem I had (which were few, and far between). I cannot recommend SuperSaaS strongly enough - use it, you'll love it!

Superb software and service

Our tennis club asked me to investigate online booking. I looked at lots of systems, and SuperSAAS was by far the best match and easiest to configure. I've had various small questions, and have been looked after promptly, knowledgeably and courteously by Jan. Users are very happy, and I have had only compliments about ease of use. Highly recommended.
