What do you like best about Superhuman? "This is the ONLY way I'll work now"

What do you like best about Superhuman? I love how easy it is to organize, set up reminders, and BLAST through my work week. Their customer support is fire, I use Superhuman EVERY DAY and know that should I have any issues, they're available to help. It was easy to learn how to use the platform, and now I use their shortcuts and keystrokes like second nature. It's a quick implementation and integration for my work. What do you like best about Superhuman? It's bloody fast. The commands are well thought-out. What do you dislike about Superhuman? There is a clear lack of customization, in terms of filters, colors, etc. What problems is Superhuman solving and how is that benefiting you? I can triage my email faster, and answer faster.

"Could never go back to "regular human" email"
