What do you like best? Ease of use and no learning curve. Was a snap to setup and get our first set of invoices out. New features being added. JUst all around good program and very responsive support. Haa tried at least 3 other programs and Billy was by far the best choice. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. What do you like best? I can see everything I need to see quickly. What do you dislike? It was a little hard to get started, but that's mostly because of user error. The support team got back to me very quick and they were very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can quickly see how much a client has paid me so far during the year, which helps me determine where I need to focus more.

What do you like best? A simple and straightforward software. Everything looks more professional and is so easy to do. I love the email attachment option for invoices as well as the follow up payment reminders. The active on-line assistance is fantastic and they do a great job getting back to me with really insightful replies. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how Billy lets me send quotes and invoices and keep track of everything in a simple and easy to manage system. From checking Billy I get an idea of what my revenue stream looks like and it even sends reminders for when someone hasn't paid within a set time period. What do you dislike? "Easy to Use and Setup for a Busy Solopreneur"

What do you like best? Easy to follow youtube tutorials on setup, a second grader could follow along. Easy to add multiple businesses onto same account. I'm able to spend 1 hour a week on accounting instead of 20 hours a month fixing errors and scratching my head. I can also easily add contacts or customers. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's intuitive, and just works. Rather than having to set aside a chunk of my day or week to do accounting, I can just add invoices, bills etc. as they happen, wherever I am. What do you like best? User-friendly, easy to use, logical and the great support from Laurie. Love that it is evolving and improving on a regular basis. The layout of the pages and the colours are also really good - I am dyslexic and clarity makes a huge difference. What do you dislike?
