I have been using Sumup for 2 years
I have been using Sumup for 2 years , it is fantastic and support is really good as well. So all good and positive I recommend this highly

Quick, easy and efficient
SumUp is easy to use, very quick and efficient. Without SumUp I was losing sales whilst people went off to find an ATM then didn’t come back. Now I get all those sales in just minutes. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Nice terminal, slow process
Great looking terminal, easy to use, great app... payment processing time far too long compared to rivals. Why pay similar rates for longer processing times? Unfortunately unless their speed changes, and they convert to next day payment as standard, they won’t last long. No USP!

Great Little gadget to accept cards
Great Little gadget to accept cards. Very few technical problems although sometimes slow to start up ( few tries needed). Percentage they take could be lower especially for debit cards. Money not always in 2 days in account. Overall I would and will recommend.

Great for small businesses
I'm using the original handset at the moment but am planning on upgrading to the Air Reader. Service and payouts are always great.My only gripe is that the machine can sometimes just be unresponsive to connecting to my phone and/or tablet. This happens rarely though so wouldn't look at this as a put off at all.

Utilizzo saltuario mensile, funziona molto bene. All'inizio ho riscontrato transazioni annullate per mancata connessione, anche con segnale presente, probabilmente legate ad una rete 4G troppo debole e/o alla app rallentata da processi sottostanti, risolto mettendo una wi-fi. Sum up has been good to me and my business but it would be so much better if I could make card payments over the phone , something I have been asking for a while with no success
