This is a wonderful tool for taking electronic payments on the go, with no fixed Monthly fee to worry. As my business is seasonal it makes financial sense to use SupUp. I have already recommended it to fellow traders.

Ideal for low usage!

I don't take more than two card payment transactions a week and Sumup has proved ideal as no monthly charge and the fee per transaction is reasonable. Very reliable and easy to use bluetooth card reader that works effortlessly with my iphone. Customers just find the firm key board fiddly but not sure if the more recent card readers are better. Overall great to have to hand to accept that odd card payment.

We have been using SumUp for close to 8 months and it has been simple and efficient. The payments to our bank are on a par with other providers and the information available is very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I wish this existed 10 years ago

I wish this existed 10 years ago! It is so simple and cost effective, I cant believe how much money I hemorrhaged into the old style card machines. This has revolutionised our business and I love the look on someones face when you say you can accept their card (especially when selling from a stall and not in the shop!). Brilliant financial reporting system and easy to use with excel and sage. Highly recommend.

Does everything we want

Does everything we want. Has been reliable so far (about 20 months), although we have had a new card reader under warranty. Has online card not present facility as well which is essential for our business, although unfortunately, Sum Up charges for this are higher, which would be our only negative. We would still recommend though.

No problems!!!

I've tested SumUp in January 2019. It is easy to use and payments are fast (average two o three days). No problems with connections and it0s fastest than classic bancomat. I'm very satisfied!!!

never had one issue with sumup, brilliant method of collecting payments fast deposit times, and only charge a percentage per transactions none of this renting pdq machines paying on multiple suppliers. Only down side the cost of the receipt printer. Benn with sumup 2 years nearly. Still haven't purchased hopefully will if the price drops but 5* service

Brilliant product

SumUp are brilliant. As far as I know, they charge the lowest fees on the market, there's no monthly fee, it's super easy to use, and the card reader looks fabulous! I regularly get comments from my clients on how sleek and cool it looks.
