sumup rate charges.
Everybody who use sumup need to look at the rate a transaction they are paying. After nearly two years of in my opinion being overcharged at 2.75% being kept on the same rate as my old payment system that sumup took over when I questioned it to be told that if I sent an email asking to be put on the rate of 1.69% that sumup advertise then I would of been is absolutely laughable really. Please everybody do take note I can not be the only one.

My little gem
This little gem has been a god send for me and my business. So easy to use and small to carry around. Definitely wouldn't be without mine now. Having mine has inspired my colleques to get one.

I have been using SumUp for quite a…
I have been using SumUp for quite a while now and overall it is exactly what I need. If one thing could improve it would have to be the ability to change the hourly rates at random. I run a business which is driven by hourly rates and they change from customer to customer and I always have to enter a different figure manually rather than dragging the hourly rate from my shelf and adjusting it before charging the customer. If that were possible I would certainly give it 5 stars.

I have been with SumUp and previously Payleven for over 5 years. It has been a really good service from them and I would recommend this to anybody to try it out and see for yourself.What have you got to loose?.Nothing.Cost of the card reader is all you are committed to.

Great little device
Great little device. Easy to use and set up. Some transactions can take a little.longer than expected. They dont count weekends as day. You need to bare this in mind when accepting payments. Eg. Transaction made Friday am. Credited to bank wednesday evening.
