Excellent product and service for the occasional user who doesn’t need expensive monthly rental fees. Whilst the fees are expensive it’s relative to the usage and you would need at least to be spending in excessive of €350 PA on terminal fees before alternative provider options might be more cost effective

Excellent service
I run a small business & wanted to offer customers the opportunity of paying by card. Although most of my customers still pay by cash, it is great to be able to offer this service. Transaction fees are very low, the card reader itself was cheap & was very easy to set up. Regular statements are emailed to let you know how much you have taken & the cost of fees.

When it actually desides to find the…
When it actually desides to find the card reader and connect, it's fine, however I find that I'm constantly plagued by it not being able to to be found by the app (despite the phone being literally cms away!) - and it then asking to reset Bluetooth (which does nothing)! It's embarrassing to be sitting there for literally 10 mins trying to get it connect and function... I've ended up with the majority who would prefer to pay by card now bringing me cash due to the above problems I always ...
