Fragile card readers
The reader seems to be extremely fragile. Despite the greatest care taken with handling and storage 2 readers have blocked in as many years, leaving me at the mercy of event organisers extortionate fees when taking payments for me.

Great tool for b&b
Very simple and useful for small activities! The possibility to pay via virtual terminal is very helpful for b&b and small hotel! The convention with booking in this area helps a lot the cost control

Iv been using sum up for my business…
Iv been using sum up for my business for about 5 months. Its easy to set up and basically after that runs it's self. Just pair the device to your phone and process the payment. It works like any other chip and pin machine. It will even send a receipt. Easy to swap bank account and any problems the sum up team sort then out right away....

Fantastic device
Fantastic device, so easy to use, never any problems and my customers are always impressed. Having used many providers in the past, SumUp has been, by far, the most reliable for me. Connection from phone to device is super quick, payment processing is within seconds, and the money arrives in my bank within days. Very highly recommended.
