Good but slow support.
Good but slow support. All of my queries were answered, however, it was a slow response each time. I used a 3G card reader so I could take card payments without the need for a mobile phone. As the card reader would be primarily used in a poor network area, ahead of purchasing, I enquired about which network providers are supported and I was told that SumUp is network agnostic and as they connect to multiple network providers, connectivity would not be an issue. Excellent customer service. Replied fast and and no squabble. I had a problem with my machine and they offered to send a replacement free of charge

Excellent product and service
Excellent product and service. As a charity run by volunteers we needed a cost effective method of receiving payments and using Sum Up in our tea room we have increased income.

Excellent support
What a breath of fresh air to work with a professional, active and supportive company. I had an issue with the card reader and they immediately responded and made actions to replace the item. Contact was so easy compared to another payment system. Online chat resolved the issue in Minutes. Just what a small Business owner needs. Thank you SunUp! Keep Doing what you do.
