Life changing
SumUp has changed my life. I’m a practitioner that works predominately one-on-one with many clients across the week. Before SumUp I would spend hours preparing, sending invoices and chasing payments - but not anymore! Oh and my clients also love the hassle free system - tap and go!! Gratefully, Amanda

As relatively new users we have used the card readers at several outside events in parks, etc. and have been impressed with the speed with which they respond confirming or declining payments. We have needed to call the helpline a couple of times with queries and are very happy with the short time it takes to reach a real person who is also knowledgeable about the product.

Sum up can have reliability issues
Sum up can have reliability issues, for instance today it went offline during Saturday trading with no update on what the issue was or when it would return. Don’t rely just on SumUp

Cheapest card reader on the market.
As a small business the SumUp air card reader is fantastic for us due to the low cost and no monthly contracts or fees. Everything is paid per transaction and is taken before they send the money to you so you literally don't need to worry about anything! It would however be beneficial if it was made compatable with laptop devices aswell as just phones and tablets as 99% of laptops have Bluetooth capability now on them aswell.
