What do you like best about SumUp? Useful tool for taking payments by card. Easy to use and reasonably priced. What do you dislike about SumUp? Struggling to get signal using 3G connection. Hard to get support. What problems is SumUp solving and how is that benefiting you? Taking card payments at the retail side of business

Both US and Italian accounts are great!
I’m an American living in Italy and I have a photography business in both countries and so I actually have both an Italian account and a US account. I have a card reader for both countries and overall I’ve been very happy with the service. My only gripe is recently I had a minor question and sent an email on a Saturday not expecting to hear anything until Monday, but I didn’t hear anything until Wednesday. But outside of that the service, the interaction by phone has all been super ...

As a taxi driver in the private hire sector I have found SumUp to be a very reliable, convenient and secure form of accepting payments, increasing my customer service without having extra expense for connectivity.

"Does the job but very slowly"
What do you like best about SumUp? It's cheap. It's easy to set up. It's handy. What do you dislike about SumUp? It doesn't connect very well. Difficult to find connection. Hard to find support. What problems is SumUp solving and how is that benefiting you? It deals with card payments at the retail side of business.

Nice looking SumUp 3D device and works well. Plenty of management information on charges. Good email support. Quick settlement of transactions. Very happy!
