Excellent customer service with Zack
Excellent customer service with Zack, helped solve problems with our USPS losing our package and then returning one! We were pleasantly surprised at how understanding Sumup was and are happy to be doing business with them!

I purchased SumUp back in Aug 17 at a rate of 1.95% per transaction I was the unaware from Oct 17 they decreased the fee to 1.69% I queried this and have been told within 48hrs they will match rate that I have stated offered to new customers but will not be refunded for the 1.95% fee I have been paying for the last 2 years. I advise other users to check their fee pricing.

SumUp is very user friendly and easy to use with very low rate. Other banks or Machin they charge to much. I would recommend to my other friends as well.
