No problem is an issue to Sumup! Very easy to contact and get a reply from. Quick delivery and initial setup of product. Easy to understand your account and simple to use.

Easy to use But!
Love sum up it’s super easy to use, we bought the small unit on offer for £19 .. and you use the app, this is just brilliant in every way. SO we loved it so much we decided to upgrade to the £99 stand alone unit, disaster! And a complete waste of money in my opinion. With the app and the £19 unit you can add descriptions for each purchase, however with the stand alone unit you cannot! So you just get a random transaction code and it’s so much harder to organise finances.. all in all. Pretty ...

Some new usefull features, some features still missing
The option to make preset products is good and that you can preset the tax-base. But it seems that you must also have a preset price for the product if you want to create a preset product. This does not work for taxi use. But it also may be just a user error that I don't know how to create a product with an open price tag.
