The idea is good but the system is not…
The idea is good but the system is not nearly as good. Lots of issues with the unit we have. The module has been updated since, but really think the company should have advised us on changing to the newer model. When we had issues customer service could not help immediately to resolve due to company policy. They could not understand that it is difficult to do the admin required when you are busy at a retail sales event. When we hit a limit the system closed down.

Works perfectly for our club
Works perfectly for our club. Previously we had been told our turnover was too low for a card payment reader, but a committee member recommended SumUp and we’ve not looked back

Normally customer service is…
Normally customer service is excellent...however this time both of Sumup's technicians were off ill for the week, you only seem to have 2! We were without a cash till and printer for receipts for 5 days! Sumup you need more technicians!

Excellent device
Excellent device, still not charged it up since April!! Had no problems with it, easy to use, and clients all love it and think it's very modern and nifty! Recommend to everyone!
