Sum up card reader is really easy to use and is really beneficial to my business, with the sum up card I also receive my payments from my clients the next day, even over weekends as well, it's fab, couldn't be without it

Techical support very disappointing
I have had my machine for a year now and it’s worked fine up until about 4 weeks ago . It doesn’t want to read chip and pin cards . It keeps saying please remove card . It doesn’t always accept some contactless cards , but others fine . I have been trying now for over 2 weeks through Numerous emails,Live chats and numerous phone calls to resolve the issue with absolutely no luck what so ever . It is an amazing APP
It is an amazing APP. I have being using it since the beginning of this year and the experience has been marvelous. Also I've been promoting the program with all my friends because the system works perfectly.
