Simple and smooth transactions
I have used the card reader in several different situations and I am quite frankly amazed at the simplicity of the technology. Each payment has been remarkably smooth and customers have also been impressed at the ease of being able to purchase on the go like this.

Sum Up is brilliant
Sum Up is brilliant. Wouldn’t use anything else. Clients comment on how good it is - easy to use and they like that it is pretty “funky”. Customer service is great - very efficient and friendly. Get daily and monthly reports so you can keep on top of your money! Hassle free. You provide a great service so we’ll done and thank you!!

Just poor
Ok so it.its.not bad enough giving 1.7% of your hard earned money over, you then have to wait days for the money to show in your account. To top it all I made a transaction yesterday and sumup sent a list of things they need signing by our customer after the transaction said successful on the card reader and via email. I now have to revisit my client again to get signatures on a declaration and an invoice. Utterly embarrassing and unacceptable!

a great addition to our charity sales
We are a small charity and only need to use the card reader about once a week. Its cheap to buy and cheap to use. On the whole its easy to use but unfortunately sometimes it loses connection and then you and customer are waiting ages whilst there is a queue of people.
