Fantastic
Fantastic, been using it over 4 years had the 1st series of sum up reader, the new one much more efficient and better, they fixed the connection issues, also money arrives much quicker to account now what is another positive, and it's the lowest rate any company charge at 1.69% and no monthly fees. Good choice!!!

Fast service but not great for new business
Everything went smooth at first. The onboarding procedure was straight forward and the card reader came almost instantly. The trouble came after the card reader arrived. We weren't sent an authorisation email on time, we had to chase that up. Our account was terminated with no reasonable able reason. I would suggest you get a Sumup account if you've been trading for while. However if you're a new business who just wants a card reader when you start trading you may face problems.
