Great addition to my business
Easy to set up, great customer service support always get back to you within a few hours. Easy and fast app and card reader, I like the option to use mobile payments. Transfers don’t take too long 1-2 days max

SumUp is an amazing App.
SumUp is an amazing App. I love the simplicity of use. It's very easy to use with great help and FAQ's available online for the items you haven't done before, e.g. creating an invoice to email to a customer. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

The device is nice when it works but support is very poor
When it works, it's a nice and convenient way to take card payments. The fee is reasonable also. However ... support is dreadful. You only get access to a "bot" with very limited answers, agents are not online on week ends (when a lot of vendors take card payments ...). What they call "onboarding" is a terrible process when you know nothing of the status of verification of your account, what other documents may be needed, if someone is looking into it or how long it is going to take.
