Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Just a shame the card reader broke after using just 10 times. But the service centre replied quickly and a new reader is on it's way. Thanks

Sum up is great for my small business
Sum up is great for my small business, the costs are minimal and the small handy card machine is great for use in the salon or when I'm working freelance. The machine is very easy to set up and help is easily accessible. I have no complaints and would highly recommend.

Happy customer
After accidentally paying twice for my new card reader I contacted Sum up and got an immediate acknowledgement. They paid the money back into my account. It took a little longer than normal but in fairness these are extraordinary times atm.

very good customer service, queries answered promptly, very helpful, funds are transferred quickly. Was previously using Paypal , this beats it hands down, always works outdoors no problem. would recommend SumUP.

Makes invoicing a cinch
I run a very small business, mostly cash transactions. More, during the pandemic Sum-Up has solved my payment issues. I never expected to have to invoice customers via email but with Sum-Up it is very very easy to do.
