Great customer service
Got my card reader really quick! Had some queries and some issues and the customer service, response was really quick and resolved. Still need to put my reader into action yet, but i’m sure there will no problem! Very happy with the service so far.

It is a great way to take payments and…
It is a great way to take payments and reasonably priced. The only problem is that it has taken over a year to resolve an issue with the fact that my business details are appearing on other merchants receipts. I am hoping this issue is resolved but only time will tell.

I bought a Sum Up mobile terminal…
I bought a Sum Up mobile terminal perhaps a year ago not fully working out the bank account details needing to match my business name. So the terminal was banish to a drawer and forgotten about. Recently with the lockdown, I have had time to prepare my business properly with regards to paperwork, for the future. One thing was a new bank account sharing my full company name. Excellent asset to business, just check which phone you use.
As a sole trader having a mobile card reader has been valuable, have had sum up for a year, and it was 100% effective until around Christmas when I had issues with the reader connecting to my phone which had just upgraded itself to android 10, which indicates the problem is not with sum up. Unfortunately it means I cannot rely on it as before but if you make sure your phone is compatible, i would recommend sum up to anyone .
