SumUp invoices /bank account change
New feature of invoice is excellent to send to clients as unable to see in person at the moment. Bank account details also changed quickly. Happy with SumUp.

I have just signed up with SumUp
I have just signed up with SumUp, so be aware that this is from a newbie, but my new card reader arrived inside 48 hours, was easy as pie to set up, works a treat. My one query was when the test payment did not show immediately, but it has struggled through now. I am looking forward to working with SumUp - when our b&b is allowed to reopen!

So far, so good. But I haven’t made any transactions yet. So I’ll reserve judgement on the reliability/connectivity until I’m up and running. I’ve had to contact the ‘Onboarding’ team during set up of my account as I made a mistake inputting my company details, which they corrected after a couple of days. At this point they asked for proof of company registration and that I was an active company by providing a recent invoice. The only negative - I paid £169+vat for the SumUp ...

Quick set up
Quick set up, hassle free and seamless to use. You can also have access to a MasterCard and the balance of each sale can be paid directly to that within 24 hours. Such a great way of producing cash flow. Innovative, easy to use and without the need to have to jump through so many ridiculously tiresome protocols with the Banks. We highly recommend them.

Great product and service but please READ THE T&C's before you jump in.
I have been using SumUp for a while and both the devices and the service have been brilliant, the odd connection drop and the odd declined payment (just smile and say "sorry love it's not you, its this bl@@dy thing" and do it over) other than that no problems, BECAUSE I READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and took my time to familiarise myself with my account dashboard. 90% of the 1 star ("i wish I could give them zero") reviews obviously didn't bother.
