Yesterday I made the decision to go with SumUp. Accidentally, ordered the quantity of two devices when I only needed one. I instantly recognized the air and emailed explaining my situation. Less than 24 hours later I had a response and they had corrected my mistake. It really means a lot to me as a consumer to do business with people\companies that take the time to respond to you in a timely manner.

Was using PayPal but their machine kept…
Was using PayPal but their machine kept freezing and no human contact at all, didn't reply to emails etc. Then I found Sumup. Professional robust card reader/ printer, human response to my queries, follow up emails, I can't fault Sumup so far. Oh, yes a s much cheaper for transaction. Their invoice facility is excellent, albeit in early stages. Money transferred automatically into my account in a day or two, I don't need to worry about logging in and pressing buttons. It does exactly what it says
It does exactly what it says.. Very easy to use, I’ve always dealt in cash and was very apprehensive about taking card payments.. I shouldn’t have worried .. Very simple even for an old guy who’s stuck in the past..
