Contactless hardly works
Contactless hardly works, i charge £45.00 for my treatment fee which is the max a bank will allow and it is always getting rejected so my patients are still needing to put in their pin numbers, Sumup say it'd down to the banks rejecting the transaction.

Not good enough for such a critical product
A very good product in my opinion, easy to use and well designed for a bar/restaurant. The problems reside elsewhere : - It took 2 weeks to arrive when the deal was a couple of days. Critical for a small business, and as usual with this kind of company : "it's not our fault, see with the transport supplier" - Worked perfectly for a bit less than 2 months, then a customer made it fall on a table ; it then stopped to work and displayed an error message saying I should contact the support. ...

quick to receive my sum up card reader
quick to receive my sum up card reader. Great service when needed and love the fact that you receive updates when the money has been received and a break down of costs. The app is great and love that I can add all of my services to it making it easier when charging people.
